Lee Pattison, the founder and director of Blue Lion Lending, has been in the Mortgage and Finance industry for over 15 years. He’s passionate about helping people secure their finances and grow their wealth, always putting his clients' best interests first.
Lee’s strong client relationships are built on a foundation of outstanding service, honesty, and integrity. He understands that there's no one-size-fits-all solution, taking the time to fully understand each person’s unique circumstances.
Having transacted property across Australia, Lee has a deep understanding of property and financial structuring, aiming for solid long-term outcomes. He has extensive experience working with first home buyers, investors, developers, SMSF, and handling specialty transactions.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, and various industry certifications.Outside of work, Lee is an avid amateur athlete. You can often find him participating in Ironman competitions in his spare time.
Denise Perry loves helping Mortgage Brokers and their clients meet their financial lending needs by working together to achieve great outcomes.Based in Perth, Denise has spent over 15 years in the banking and finance industry. She's worked in various roles, including Retail & Business Banking sectors of the big four banks and as an in-house Mortgage Broker Assistant. Now, she assists Mortgage Brokers with their administrative and loan processing needs.
In her spare time Denise devours apocalypse novels and is a huge Ryan Schow fangirl.
